A couple of seats were scratched and could have been packed little better but our customers have commented on how comfortable the chairs are as well as the nice look. This chair is well built solid metal frame. I'm a big guy and I have broken a few chairs just by sitting in them, but I been using this one for a coupled of weeks and it's not swaying like other ones. The back is a little uncomfortable but a nice cushion fixed that. The feet have plastic caps and are well made. The wood seat is a solid piece you need to drill pilot holes to screw the wood seat to the metal frame. I'm order a few more so I have a nice set.
